Behind the Music
I started performing music in public during my high school years and had a successful band in Cleveland, Ohio back in the 1970's called Buckeye Biscuit. We're mentioned in the book Rock and Roll and the Cleveland Connection (available on Amazon).
I earned a Bachelor of Music degree from the Conservatory of Music at Baldwin-Wallace University and a Master of Music degree in Guitar Performance from Texas Tech University. I taught music and recording at several colleges including Midland College, Texas Tech University, The University of Akron, The Art Institute of California - San Diego and the University of Southern California. I currently teach music for the San Diego Community College District.

I play many styles of music and perform in a variety of venues and occasions. If you are in the San Diego area, you can hear me play live at clubs and local music venues . Check the Shows tab for dates.
As a classical guitarist, I play light classical and jazz repertoire for concerts, weddings and special events. For booking information, drop me an email or give a call.
